Maruti Industries is a manufacturer of spinning mill wax and autoconer wax rolls (also called auto corner wax rolls or yarn waxing rolls) in Jamnagar, Gujarat, supplying spinning mills across India. Our textile wax rolls and rods are engineered for smooth yarn movement and friction reduction during winding, weaving and spinning. Fitted at the yarn-polishing contact point of auto-corner machines, the roll applies a micro-thin, uniform wax film to the yarn.
The result is reduced hairiness, fewer end-breaks, smoother unwinding at high speed and consistent fabric quality — available in white, yellow and tinted grades with round or square bore.
Our spinning mill wax rolls are made for the yarn-waxing unit of autoconer and cone winding machines. Each autoconer wax roll gives a controlled, uniform wax pick-up so knitting yarn runs smoothly with fewer breaks and less fly.

Spinning mill wax is a paraffin-based textile wax applied to yarn during winding. It is supplied as wax rolls that sit on the autoconer or cone winder and lay a thin wax film on the yarn to reduce friction, hairiness and end-breaks in knitting and weaving.
Most Murata autoconers use 38 × 13 × 32 mm, while Schlafhorst and Savio machines commonly use 38 × 15.2 × 45 mm. Check the size table above or send us your machine model on WhatsApp and we will recommend the right wax roll.
WR-MI-10 Green is a universal grade for cotton, wool, rayon and blends. WR-MI-20 Yellow suits medium and fine counts in warm mills, WR-MI-30 Blue gives higher wax pick-up for soft-twist yarns, and the pink and lemon yellow grades are water-soluble for yarn that will be dyed or bleached.
